Interval winners let you draw and reward multiple winners while a competition is still running, rather than waiting for the final draw at the end. Winners are chosen automatically at random on the schedule you define, and any site-credit prizes are paid out instantly without any manual action. This feature is ideal for advent calendars, daily prize draws, or competitions where you want to build sustained engagement over an extended period.Documentation Index

How it looks for customers
The interval winner schedule is displayed on the competition page, showing customers when each upcoming draw will take place. The layout can be restructured to suit different formats — for example, an advent calendar style with individual date tiles.Setting up interval winners
Open the Edit Competition page
Navigate to the competition you want to configure and open its edit form. Interval Winners is found in the same area as the Questions settings.
Enable the Interval Winners option
Tick the Interval Winners checkbox to reveal the scheduling options. You’ll be able to choose from different modes depending on the structure of your competition.
Choose a draw mode
Select the mode that matches your competition format:
Multiple Dates / Prizes
Multiple Dates / Prizes
Set specific fixed dates and times for each winner — for example, 9th November at 9:00am.
Daily / Weekly Interval
Daily / Weekly Interval
Define a base date and the platform will automatically schedule recurring draws at daily or weekly intervals from that point.
% Sold Threshold
% Sold Threshold
Trigger a winner draw automatically when total ticket sales reach or exceed a percentage of the maximum tickets available.
Review the scheduled intervals
After configuring your settings, the boxes below the mode selector will show you a clear summary of when each scheduled interval winner draw is set to take place. Review these carefully before saving.
Restrictions and important notes
Prizes that are not site credit are not paid out automatically. Non-credit prizes are still drawn randomly (in the same way as an auto-draw) and the winner is recorded, but you will need to reward those prizes manually. Only site-credit prizes are fulfilled automatically.
