Overview
The citizen interface allows you to create and manage citizen characters, register vehicles and weapons, apply for licenses, create businesses, and interact with emergency services.Creating a Citizen
Enter Basic Information
Fill in required details:
- First name and Last name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Ethnicity
Enter Contact Information
Provide:
- Address (postal, street, city)
- Phone number
- Occupation (optional)
Some CADs may require Social Security Numbers or have other required fields configured by administrators.
Managing Citizens
Viewing Citizen Details
Click on any citizen in your citizen list to view:- Personal information
- Licenses and their status
- Medical records
- Registered vehicles
- Registered weapons (if enabled)
- Criminal records

For roleplay purposes, you can mark a citizen as deceased:Licenses
Viewing License Status
On your citizen’s page, the Licenses card shows:- Driver’s License (with categories)
- Pilot License
- Water/Boating License
- Weapon/Firearms License
- Fishing License
- Hunting License
- Current status (valid, suspended, expired, none)
- License number
- Categories (for driver’s license)
- Suspension information if applicable
Managing Licenses
Depending on CAD configuration, license management may be restricted. Some CADs require license exams or LEO approval.

Registering a Vehicle
Enter Vehicle Details
Fill in:
- License plate
- Model - Select from available vehicle models
- Color
- VIN number (Vehicle Identification Number)
Managing Vehicles
From the Vehicles card on your citizen page, you can:- Edit - Update vehicle information
- Transfer - Transfer ownership to another citizen
- Delete - Remove the vehicle registration
Impounded Vehicles
If your vehicle is impounded:- It will appear grayed out in your vehicles list
- You cannot edit or delete it while impounded
- You must contact LEO to have it released from the impound lot
- Impound fees may apply (depending on CAD configuration)
Weapon Registration
Registering a Weapon
Weapon registration may require a valid weapon license and approval from the Bureau of Firearms.
Managing Weapons
From the Weapons card:- Edit - Update weapon information
- Delete - Remove weapon registration
Medical Records
View your citizen’s medical history in the Medical Records card:- Emergency visits
- Doctor appointments
- Treatments received
- Medications prescribed
- Blood type
- Allergies
- Medical conditions
You cannot edit medical records. Only EMS/Fire personnel can create and modify medical records.
Criminal Records
View any criminal history in the Records section:- Arrest reports
- Traffic tickets
- Written warnings
- Active warrants
- Violations and charges
- Jail time served
- Date and time
- Officer who created the record
- Violations
- Penalties (fines, jail time)
- Case numbers
Calling 911
Create emergency calls to law enforcement or EMS/Fire:Enter Call Information
Provide:
- Location - Where the emergency is
- Description - Details about the situation
- Your name - Caller identification

Enter Business Details
Fill in:
- Business name
- Business address
- Citizen owner - Select which citizen owns the business

- Add employees by selecting other citizens
- Assign employee roles
- Remove employees
- View employee list

Create posts/announcements for your business:- Job openings

- Services offered
- Business hours

- Location - Where you need a tow
- Description - Vehicle information and situation
