Overview

The citizen interface allows you to create and manage citizen characters, register vehicles and weapons, apply for licenses, create businesses, and interact with emergency services.

Creating a Citizen

Navigate to Citizens

Go to the Citizen page from the main navigation.

Click Create Citizen

Click the Create Citizen button.

Enter Basic Information

Fill in required details:
  • First name and Last name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Ethnicity

Add Physical Details

Enter:
  • Height and Weight
  • Hair color and Eye color

Enter Contact Information

Provide:
  • Address (postal, street, city)
  • Phone number
  • Occupation (optional)

Upload Image

Optionally upload a citizen image.

Create Citizen

Click Create to save your new citizen.
Some CADs may require Social Security Numbers or have other required fields configured by administrators.

Managing Citizens

Viewing Citizen Details

Click on any citizen in your citizen list to view:
  • Personal information
  • Licenses and their status
  • Medical records
  • Registered vehicles
  • Registered weapons (if enabled)
  • Criminal records

Editing a Citizen

Select Citizen

Click on the citizen you want to edit.

Click Edit

Click the three-dot menu and select Edit Citizen.

Update Information

Modify any editable fields.

Save Changes

Click Save to update the citizen.

Deleting a Citizen

Deleting a citizen is permanent and will remove all associated data including vehicles, weapons, and records.

Select Citizen

Click on the citizen to delete.

Open Menu

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right.

Delete Citizen

Select Delete Citizen and confirm.

Marking a Citizen as Deceased

For roleplay purposes, you can mark a citizen as deceased:

Open Citizen Menu

Click the three-dot menu on the citizen’s page.

Mark Deceased

Select Mark Citizen Deceased.

Confirm

Confirm the action. The citizen will be marked with a date of death.

Licenses

Viewing License Status

On your citizen’s page, the Licenses card shows:
  • Driver’s License (with categories)
  • Pilot License
  • Water/Boating License
  • Weapon/Firearms License
  • Fishing License
  • Hunting License
Each license displays:
  • Current status (valid, suspended, expired, none)
  • License number
  • Categories (for driver’s license)
  • Suspension information if applicable

Managing Licenses

Open Manage Licenses

Click Manage Licenses on the Licenses card.

Select License Type

Choose which license to update.

Choose Status

Select the license status from available options.

Save Changes

Click Save to update your licenses.
Depending on CAD configuration, license management may be restricted. Some CADs require license exams or LEO approval.

License Exams

If license exams are enabled:

Request Exam

Navigate to the appropriate exam page or contact LEO in-game.

Take Exam

Complete the exam administered by a supervising officer.

Receive License

If you pass, the license will be automatically added to your citizen.

Vehicle Registration

Registering a Vehicle

Open Registration Modal

Click Register Vehicle from the citizen page or vehicles card.

Select Citizen Owner

Choose which of your citizens will own the vehicle.

Enter Vehicle Details

Fill in:
  • License plate
  • Model - Select from available vehicle models
  • Color
  • VIN number (Vehicle Identification Number)

Set Registration Status

Choose registration and insurance status.

Upload Image

Optionally upload a vehicle image.

Register Vehicle

Click Register to add the vehicle.
If DMV is enabled, your vehicle registration may need approval from DMV personnel before it’s active.

Managing Vehicles

From the Vehicles card on your citizen page, you can:
  • Edit - Update vehicle information
  • Transfer - Transfer ownership to another citizen
  • Delete - Remove the vehicle registration

Impounded Vehicles

If your vehicle is impounded:
  • It will appear grayed out in your vehicles list
  • You cannot edit or delete it while impounded
  • You must contact LEO to have it released from the impound lot
  • Impound fees may apply (depending on CAD configuration)

Weapon Registration

Registering a Weapon

Open Weapon Registration

Click Register Weapon from the citizen page.

Select Citizen Owner

Choose which citizen will own the weapon.

Enter Weapon Details

Provide:
  • Model - Select weapon model
  • Serial number
  • Registration status

Register Weapon

Click Register to add the weapon.
Weapon registration may require a valid weapon license and approval from the Bureau of Firearms.

Managing Weapons

From the Weapons card:
  • Edit - Update weapon information
  • Delete - Remove weapon registration

Medical Records

View your citizen’s medical history in the Medical Records card:
  • Emergency visits
  • Doctor appointments
  • Treatments received
  • Medications prescribed
  • Blood type
  • Allergies
  • Medical conditions
You cannot edit medical records. Only EMS/Fire personnel can create and modify medical records.

Criminal Records

View any criminal history in the Records section:
  • Arrest reports
  • Traffic tickets
  • Written warnings
  • Active warrants
  • Violations and charges
  • Jail time served
Each record shows:
  • Date and time
  • Officer who created the record
  • Violations
  • Penalties (fines, jail time)
  • Case numbers

Calling 911

Create emergency calls to law enforcement or EMS/Fire:

Click Create 911 Call

Click the Create 911 Call button on the citizen page.

Enter Call Information

Provide:
  • Location - Where the emergency is
  • Description - Details about the situation
  • Your name - Caller identification

Submit Call

Click Create - Dispatch and units will see your call immediately.
Be specific in your call description to help emergency services respond appropriately.

Businesses

Create and manage businesses:

Creating a Business

Navigate to Business Section

Access the business creation page from your citizen profile.

Enter Business Details

Fill in:
  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Citizen owner - Select which citizen owns the business

Create Business

Click Create to establish your business.

Managing Employees

  • Add employees by selecting other citizens
  • Assign employee roles
  • Remove employees
  • View employee list

Business Posts

Create posts/announcements for your business:
  • Job openings
  • Announcements
  • Services offered
  • Business hours

Tow Calls

Request tow services:

Create Tow Call

Click Create Tow Call on the citizen page.

Enter Details

Provide:
  • Location - Where you need a tow
  • Description - Vehicle information and situation
  • Your name

Submit Request

Tow operators will see your request and can respond.

Taxi Calls

Request taxi services:

Create Taxi Call

Click Create Taxi Call on the citizen page.

Enter Information

Provide:
  • Pickup location
  • Destination (optional)
  • Your name

Taxi operators will see your request.

Truck Logs (if enabled)

For trucking/logistics roleplay:

Creating a Truck Log

Access Truck Logs

Navigate to truck logs from your citizen profile.

Create Log Entry

Enter:
  • Vehicle - Select registered truck
  • Origin - Starting location
  • Destination - Delivery location
  • Cargo - What you’re hauling

Start Trip

Begin your truck log.

Complete Trip

End the log when delivery is complete.

Pets (if enabled)

Register and manage pets:

Open Pet Registration

Access the pets section on your citizen page.

Add Pet

Enter:
  • Pet name
  • Species
  • Breed
  • Color

Register Pet

Click Create to add the pet to your citizen.

Best Practices

Use realistic information and details to enhance roleplay. Include addresses, occupations, and backstories.
Maintain proper registration and insurance status on your vehicles to avoid IC consequences.
Ensure your citizen has appropriate licenses for their vehicles and activities.
Create different citizens for different roles (civilian, business owner, etc.) to keep roleplay organized.
Keep citizen information current, especially addresses and phone numbers for better roleplay.
When creating 911 calls or interacting with emergency services, maintain realistic roleplay.

Tips

Multiple Citizens: You can create multiple citizens for different roleplay scenarios. Switch between them as needed.
Citizen Images: High-quality citizen images enhance immersion. Use appropriate, realistic images.
Check Records: Regularly check your citizen’s records to be aware of any warrants, tickets, or suspended licenses.
Business Roleplay: Use the business features to create immersive commercial roleplay scenarios.
