SmartMove supports three appearance modes. You can switch at any time from the account screen and the change takes effect immediately across the entire app.

Theme options

SystemFollows your operating system’s current setting
Use System if you have your OS configured to switch between light and dark automatically at sunrise and sunset — SmartMove will follow that schedule without any extra steps.

How to change your theme

Open the Account tab

Tap the Account tab (the person icon in the bottom navigation).

Select a theme

At the top of the account screen you will see three icons representing Light, Dark, and System. Tap the one you want.
The theme switches instantly. You do not need to reload the page or restart the app.

How theme is stored

Your theme choice is saved to your device under the key smartmove-theme. It is applied before the app finishes loading, so you will never see a flash of the wrong theme on startup. When the theme changes, the app fires a theme-changed event on the window object. If you are building an integration or a browser extension on top of SmartMove, you can listen for this event to respond to theme changes in real time. If you are signed in to a SmartMove account, your theme preference syncs to the cloud and is restored on every device you sign in to.
