The departure board shows live departures for any stop in the South Tyrol network. You can search for a stop by name, view incoming services with delay information, and save your most-used stops so they are always one tap away.

Accessing the departure board

You can reach the departure board in two ways:
  • From the home screen — The departure board widget appears in the middle section of the home screen. It shows your saved stations by default.
  • From the live map — Tap any stop marker to open the stop info panel, then tap View full board to open that stop’s departure board.

Searching for a stop

1

Open the departure board

Navigate to the departure board from the home screen or map.
2

Tap the search field

The search bar at the top of the board accepts stop names. Start typing and autocomplete suggestions appear as you type, searching both German and Italian stop names.
3

Select a stop

Tap a suggestion to load that stop’s departures. The board immediately fetches live data from the EFA API.

Reading the departure list

Each row in the departure board represents one scheduled service.
ColumnWhat it shows
LineThe line number or service identifier, colour-coded by mode (train in red, bus in blue, cable car in purple)
DirectionThe terminus or final destination of the service
TimeScheduled departure time in 24-hour format
DelayMinutes late, if the service is delayed
PlatformBay or platform number, where the network provides it
StatusOn time, delayed, or cancelled

Delay indicators

  • No badge — The service is running on time
  • Amber badge — The service is delayed by at least 1 minute; the badge shows the number of minutes late
  • Red badge / Cancelled — The service has been cancelled
Delay data is live and sourced from the EFA API. Delays are updated each time the board refreshes.

Filtering by transport mode

Use the mode filter tabs at the top of the departure list to narrow results:
  • All — Shows every departure regardless of mode
  • Train — Shows only train services
  • Bus — Shows only bus services
  • Cable car — Shows only gondola and aerial tramway services

Auto-refresh

The board automatically refreshes departure data at regular intervals so you always see the current state of the network. A refresh spinner indicates when new data is being fetched. You can also trigger a manual refresh by tapping the refresh icon.

Saving departure stations

Save your most-used stops so they load instantly the next time you open the board.
1

Load a stop

Search for and select the stop you want to save.
2

Save the station

Tap the pin or save icon next to the stop name. The stop is added to your saved departure stations list.
3

Access saved stations

Your saved stations appear as tabs or cards at the top of the departure board. Tap one to switch to it instantly without searching again.
4

Remove a saved station

Swipe left on a saved station card or tap the remove icon to delete it from your saved list.
Saved departure stations are stored locally on your device. If you are signed in, they sync to your account so the same stations appear on all your devices.
If you have multiple saved stations, use the arrow buttons to cycle through them, or tap any saved station tab directly. Each station remembers its own filter settings.
