How delivery works
Once you submit your custom intro for generation, the service handles everything automatically. You don’t need to wait on the page - your video will arrive in your inbox when it’s ready.Submit your order
After entering your custom text, selecting a resolution, and providing your email address, click “Generate Intro” to start the process.
Video rendering begins
Your intro video is added to the rendering queue and processed on high-performance servers. The dystopian effects, text animations, and atmospheric styling are all applied automatically.
Email notification sent
When rendering completes, you’ll receive an email containing a direct download link to your finished video.

Under normal conditions, videos are typically delivered within a few hours via email.Higher resolutions (4K) may take longer to process than lower resolutions (SD, HD).

Once you receive your email, downloading is straightforward:Clicking the download link

- Click the “Download Your Video” button or link
- Your browser will begin downloading the video file
- The file is typically named with your custom text for easy identification

- Check spam/junk folders - this is the most common issue
- Search your inbox for “Last of Us” or “Intro Creator”
- Verify the email address you provided was correct
- Wait the full expected time based on your resolution choice
- Check if your email provider blocks automated emails
Gmail users: check the “Promotions” or “Updates” tabs, as delivery emails may be filtered there

If the download link in your email isn’t working:
- Try copying and pasting the URL directly into your browser
- Disable any browser extensions that might block downloads
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Check if your antivirus is blocking the download
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device

If your downloaded video doesn’t play properly:
- Verify the download completed (check the file size matches the email)
- Try a different video player (VLC works with everything)
- Re-download the file in case the first download was corrupted
- Update your video player or codec pack
- Check that your device supports the resolution you ordered
