General questions

Your custom intro video is typically delivered within a few hours after submission. You’ll receive it via email at the address you provided in the form.
During peak times, delivery may take longer. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
You can choose from three resolution options:
  • SD (Standard Definition) - Smaller file size, faster delivery
  • HD (High Definition) - Balanced quality and size, recommended for most users
  • 4K (Ultra HD) - Maximum quality for professional projects
The intro uses the iconic soundtrack and atmosphere from The Last of Us to maintain authenticity. Custom audio options are not currently available.
You can customize three separate text fields:
  • Title Top
  • Title Middle
  • Title Bottom
For best results, keep text concise and impactful - typically 1-5 words per line works best.

Video generation

After you submit the form with your custom text, email, and resolution choice, your request enters a rendering queue. The system generates your custom intro video server-side and emails you a download link when complete.
Yes! You can generate as many different intro videos as you need. Simply submit a new request through the form with different text for each video.
The intro videos match the length and pacing of authentic The Last of Us title sequences - typically 10-20 seconds of cinematic atmosphere with your custom text.

Usage and rights

Yes, you can use your generated intro video for personal and commercial projects, including YouTube videos, social media content, presentations, and streaming.
The Last of Us is a trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment. While you can use the intro style for your content, ensure your usage complies with fair use and doesn’t imply official affiliation with the game.
Yes, the download link in your email should remain active. Save your video file to a secure location as a backup after receiving it.
Absolutely! Once you download your video, you can edit it using any video editing software. You own the generated file and can incorporate it into larger projects.

Technical issues

Follow these steps:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder - automated emails sometimes get filtered
  2. Verify the email address you entered in the form was correct
  3. Wait a few hours - during high traffic, processing may take longer
  4. Contact support if you still haven’t received it after several hours
Include your email address and submission time when contacting support.
Try these solutions:
  • Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Download the video instead of streaming it in your browser
  • Try a different video player (VLC, QuickTime, Windows Media Player)
  • Check your internet connection for streaming issues
If problems persist, contact support with details about your device and the specific issue.
Once you’ve submitted your video request, you cannot edit the text. If you need different text, you’ll need to submit a new request through the form.
