Presets are one-tap shortcuts that write specific values to the Pull Speed and Uphill Power sliders. Instead of manually dialing in numbers, you press a preset button in the GUI and both settings update immediately. Presets are a convenient starting point — you can still fine-tune the sliders after applying one.Documentation Index

When to use each preset
Speed Boost Setting: (25)
Speed Boost Setting: (25)
This preset sets Pull Speed to
0.025 and Uphill Power to 0.020. The values are conservative enough that the boost feels like a slight acceleration rather than a teleport. It is specifically designed to work alongside the Speed Boost toggle, which also raises your jump multiplier and max jump speed. Use this preset when you want extra speed without making your movement look unnatural.See Speed Boost for details on the jump multiplier and max speed changes.Legit Setting: (70)
Legit Setting: (70)
This preset sets Pull Speed to
0.070 and Uphill Power to 0.065. The higher values produce a noticeable boost but still feel roughly in line with skilled natural movement in Gorilla Tag. This is a good default for players who want an enhancement that doesn’t stand out.Random Setting
Random Setting
Each press picks a random Pull Speed between
0.001 and 0.2, and a random Uphill Power between 0.001 and 0.1. The values are unpredictable by design — useful for experimenting or finding settings you wouldn’t have chosen manually.Reset
Reset
Sets both sliders back to
0.001, the minimum value. At 0.001 the pull offset is so small it has essentially no effect. Use Reset to disable the pull boost without closing the menu.Presets overwrite the current slider values immediately but do not save them. If you close and reopen the game, both values reset to
0 (their initial value in code) regardless of which preset you last applied.
