PON, referred to as ponente in the system) submits a presentation proposal (ponencia) to an event, uploads supporting documents, and collects a participation certificate once the event is complete. Your panel is at /ponente/.
Registration-to-certificate workflow
Register for an event and submit your ponencia
Go to
/ponente/inscripcion/. Select an open event and fill in your ponencia details: title, topic area, abstract, and author list. After submitting, your ponencia state is REGISTRADA.Upload your participation documents

After evaluators submit their scores, your results are available at
/ponente/resultados/.Download your participation certificate
Go to
/ponente/constancia/ to generate your certificate. Once available, download the PDF from /ponente/constancia/pdf/<ponencia_id>/.Your certificate is available when either of these conditions is met:- The coordinator has manually enabled it (
constancia_habilitada = True), or - Your scheduled time slot has passed and your ponencia was not cancelled (
participacion_finalizada()returnsTrue).
Document states
Each uploaded document (cv_documento, resena_biografica, diapositivas_presentacion) goes through the same validation lifecycle:
