What is Dumpstarr Database?

Dumpstarr Database is a curated collection of quality profiles, custom formats, and regex patterns designed to be imported into Profilarr for use with Radarr and Sonarr. It gives you a media setup that sources high-quality, efficiently-sized releases without manual tuning. The database draws from two authoritative sources:
  • TRaSH Guides — community-maintained quality profiles and custom format recommendations
  • Dictionarry — tiered release group rankings that are automatically synced daily

How it works

Dumpstarr Database is a static YAML database — it contains no executable code. You import it through Profilarr, which reads the YAML files and pushes the configuration to your Radarr and Sonarr instances via their APIs. Once applied, Radarr and Sonarr use the custom format scores to rank available releases. Higher-scored releases are preferred over lower-scored ones, so your *arr apps automatically grab the best available release for each item in your library.
The database is designed to be set-and-forget. Once you pick a profile and import it, you don’t need to touch it again. Release group tiers sync automatically from Dictionarry every day.
