My AskAI offers a range of subscription plans designed to scale with your business — from early-stage startups handling a few hundred conversations a month to enterprise teams managing tens of thousands of tickets across multiple brands. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial (no credit card required), so you can explore the full feature set before committing to a paid plan.

What to Look for When Choosing a Plan

Before selecting a plan, consider the following key dimensions:

Conversation Limits

Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance. Additional conversations beyond your limit are charged at a per-conversation rate via Flex pricing — your agent never stops responding mid-month.

Channel Integrations

Connect My AskAI to your existing helpdesk (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, HubSpot, and more). Higher plans may unlock additional or priority channel access.

Team Seats

Invite colleagues to view insights, manage content, and configure your agent. Pro and Enterprise plans include unlimited team seats.

Advanced Features

Features like Multibrand (multiple agents for separate brands), AI Actions (connecting the agent to internal systems), and Remove Branding are available as add-ons or on higher-tier plans.

What Counts as a Conversation?

Because My AskAI works across many different channels, conversation counting varies slightly by integration:

After connecting your helpdesk and running your trial for 7 days, a cost estimator will appear in Account Settings → Billing showing your projected monthly cost based on actual usage.

Free Trial

When you sign up for My AskAI you automatically begin a 30-day free trial with full access to paid plan features — no credit card required. Trials can be extended on a case-by-case basis; contact the team via chat if you need more time.
My AskAI does not offer lifetime subscriptions. If you’ve seen a lifetime deal under a similar name, that is a separate product unaffiliated with My AskAI.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Changing plans is done directly through the Stripe billing portal:

Open Account Settings

Go to Account Settings in your My AskAI dashboard.

Navigate to Billing

Click on Billing in the left-hand menu.

Open Stripe

Click “Manage subscription on Stripe” to open the Stripe customer portal.

Select Your New Plan

From the Stripe portal, choose your desired plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Usage-Based (Flex) Costs

All paid plans include Flex pricing — your AI agent continues responding even after you exceed your monthly conversation limit. Overage charges are added to the following month’s invoice.
  • Pro plan: $0.12 per conversation over the limit
  • Scale/Enterprise plans: $0.10 per conversation over the limit
You can monitor your current usage at any time in Account Settings → Billing.
Flex pricing cannot be disabled. If you’re concerned about runaway costs, monitor your usage dashboard regularly and consider upgrading to a higher-limit plan.

Discount Programs

My AskAI offers 20% off all plans (excluding Enterprise) for registered charities, non-profits, and NGOs. To claim the discount, share proof of your organisation’s status via the support chat — a link to your website or charity register listing is sufficient. No student plans are currently available.
