Reselling vs Whitelabelling at a Glance
Reselling
Create AI agents for your clients using your own My AskAI account. You control the setup, configure the agent, connect their content, and install it on their site. You set your own pricing — My AskAI doesn’t dictate what you charge your clients.
Whitelabelling
Remove My AskAI branding from the chat widget and present the product entirely under your own brand or your client’s brand. Combine with custom styling to deliver a fully branded experience.
Reselling My AskAI
You can resell My AskAI to clients freely. There is no formal reseller application required — simply create AI agents on behalf of your clients within your account and charge them whatever price you choose. Common reseller model:- Sign up for a My AskAI plan that covers all your client agents
- Create a separate AI agent for each client, trained on their content
- Install the widget (or integrate with their helpdesk) on their website or support tool
- Bill your clients directly at your own rates
Whitelabelling Options
There are three ways to deliver a whitelabelled My AskAI experience:Option 1: Remove Branding Add-on

The simplest whitelabel approach. Add the Remove Branding add-on ($49/month) to remove My AskAI’s logo and branding from the chat widget. Combine this with the full customisation options — custom colours, fonts, avatar, and widget text — to present an agent that looks entirely your own.This works well for agencies installing agents on client websites.

For developers and technical agencies, you can consume My AskAI entirely through the API — creating agents, adding content, and handling conversations programmatically. How to Get Started
Set Up Your My AskAI Account
Sign up at myaskai.com and choose a plan that suits the number of client agents you plan to manage.
Create Client Agents
Use the Multibrand feature to create and manage separate agents for each client, each with their own knowledge base and settings.
Remove Branding (Optional)
Add the Remove Branding add-on via Account Settings → Billing → “Manage subscription on Stripe” to remove My AskAI branding from your client-facing widgets.
Customise Each Agent
Use the Customisation settings for each agent to match the look and feel of your client’s brand.
