My AskAI supports multiple ways to sign in — magic link (passwordless email), Google sign-in (via your work Google account), and password login. This page covers everything related to managing your personal account access, from setting up a password to closing your account entirely.

Creating Your Account

Sign up at myaskai.com using your email address. By default, My AskAI uses magic link login — you enter your email and receive a one-time login link in your inbox. No password is required unless you choose to set one.
Invited team members cannot sign in with Google. They must use magic-link (email) login when accepting an invitation.

Setting a Password

If you’d prefer to log in with a password rather than a magic link, you can set one up at any time:

Go to the Login Page

Navigate to myaskai.com and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click 'Password Login'

Select the Password Login option at the bottom of the page.

Enter Your Email

Type in the email address associated with your account.

Request a Password

Click “Send me a new password”. My AskAI will email you a password.

Log In

Copy the password from the email, paste it into the password field, and click Login. You can change this password after signing in.
Setting up password login is especially useful if you want to share dashboard access with colleagues, or if magic-link emails are being delayed or filtered by your email provider.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

Go to the Password Reset Page

Navigate to myaskai.com/login_password. You can also find this link at the bottom of the My AskAI landing page.

Use 'Send Me a New Password'

Enter your email address and click “Send me a new password”. A new password will be emailed to you.

Log In with the New Password

Use the password from the email to log in. You can update it from your account settings once you’re in.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA / MFA)

My AskAI does not currently have native 2FA or MFA built into the login flow.However, you can achieve equivalent security by signing up with a work Google Workspace account (not a personal Gmail address). Google Workspace supports enforced 2FA/MFA at the organisation level, and that protection carries through to your My AskAI login via Google sign-in.If your organisation requires native 2FA/MFA support, get in touch via the support chat and ask about Enterprise plan options.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

My AskAI supports Google sign-in using a work Google Workspace account. This allows teams already using Google for identity management to sign in without a separate password.
Wider SSO/SAML support for other identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.) is available on Enterprise plans. Contact the team via chat to discuss your requirements.

Changing Your Email Address

Go to Account Settings

In your My AskAI dashboard, click Account Settings.

Update Admin Email

Find the Admin email field, enter your new email address, and click “Update”.
Make sure the new email address is one you can access before saving. Your new email will become the login address for your account.

Closing Your Account

Go to Account Settings

Click Account Settings in your My AskAI dashboard.

Scroll to the Bottom

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Account Settings page.

Click 'Delete my account and all my data'

Click the “Delete my account and all my data” button. Account deletion can take up to 24 hours to process.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, agents, content, and conversation history will be removed. Make sure to download any data you need before proceeding.My AskAI is not affiliated with the Ask AI mobile app. If you are trying to close an account with that product, please contact them directly.
