Open the sign-up page
Navigate to the SmartBugMedia sign-up page. If someone invited you, use their referral link — it will pre-fill your invitation code automatically.
Enter your credentials
Provide the following information in step one of the form:
- Email address — optional, but required if you want email-based login and recovery.
- Password — at least 6 characters.
- Confirm password — must match exactly.
- Invitation code — the 4-character code from the agent who referred you (optional). If you received a referral link, this field is pre-filled.
Complete your profile
Step two collects your identity information:
- Username — your unique handle on the platform.
- Phone number — required for account identification.
- Withdrawal PIN — a 6-digit numeric PIN used to authorize all withdrawals. Set this carefully; you will need it every time you withdraw funds.
- Confirm withdrawal PIN — must match your chosen PIN exactly.
Submit your registration
Click Complete Setup. The platform creates your account and sends a welcome email if you provided an email address.
- With email: you are redirected to a success page. Check your inbox for a confirmation link and click it to verify your email address before logging in.
- Without email: you are signed in automatically and redirected to the dashboard.
Your invitation code is the referral code of the agent who invited you — also called their Node ID. Entering it correctly links your account to their network so they receive referral earnings from your activity.
Email verification
If you registered with an email address, SmartBugMedia sends a confirmation link to that address. Click the link to verify your email. Until verification is complete, some account features may be restricted. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. You can also resend the confirmation from your profile settings at any time.Identity verification
Identity verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. It is not required to complete tasks or deposit funds.Verification states
Your account has averification_status that progresses through the following states:

| Unverified | No documents have been submitted yet. |
| Pending | Documents submitted and under review. Typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. |
| Verified | Identity confirmed. Withdrawals are fully unlocked. |
| Rejected | Documents were not accepted. You can resubmit with corrected or clearer documents. |
Accepted document types
SmartBugMedia accepts the following government-issued documents:- Government ID — national identity card (front and back).
- Passport — photo page (front only required; back upload is optional).
- Driver’s license — front and back.
How to submit your documents
Select your document type
Choose government ID, passport, or driver’s license from the document type selector.
Upload front and back images
Upload a clear, well-lit photo of the front of your document. Upload the back image where required. Make sure all text and the photo on the document are fully visible — blurry or cropped images will be rejected.
