SmartBugMedia uses a four-tier VIP system that determines your commission rate, the number of tasks per set, and the features available to your account. Your current tier is stored as level_id on your profile and is referenced by the task system to load the correct task pool and earning parameters.
You must be assigned a tier level before you can start optimization tasks. Accounts without a level_id will not have access to the Optimization Command Center.

Junior Agent

Entry: $100Commission rate: 0.4%Tasks per set: 40 — 120 tasks/dayStandard node access and daily optimization cycle. Suitable for agents starting out on the platform.

Intermediate Agent

Senior Agent

How commission is calculated

Each time you confirm a task, the system computes your earnings as: 
cost_amount = wallet_balance × 0.98
earned      = commission_rate × cost_amount
A higher tier means a higher commission_rate, which directly increases your earnings per task. Combined with more tasks per set and more sets per day, upgrading tiers has a compounding effect on daily income. Example — Senior Agent with $2,000 balance: 
cost_amount = $2,000 × 0.98 = $1,960
earned      = 0.008 × $1,960 = $15.68 per task
daily max   = $15.68 × 150 tasks = $2,352

Upgrading your tier

To upgrade, contact support through the Concierge Hub on your dashboard or reach out through the platform’s support channel. The upgrade requires a deposit meeting the new tier’s entry price. Once approved by the platform:
  1. Your level_id is updated to the new tier.
  2. The task system immediately loads the new tasks_per_set, sets_per_day, and commission_rate for your account.
  3. The VIP Evolution Module on your dashboard reflects the new tier and unlocks the corresponding tier card.
Upgrading mid-cycle resets your task set progress. Plan upgrades at the start of a new daily cycle to maximize earnings at the higher tier from day one.

Tier progression on the dashboard

The VIP Evolution Module on the Agent Dashboard displays all four tier cards. Your current tier and all tiers below it appear active. Tiers above your current level_id are shown as locked (greyed out and non-interactive) until you upgrade. Each card shows:
  • Tier name and entry price
  • Commission rate (labelled as “rebate power”)
  • A progress bar tracking how far through the current task set you are, calculated as completed_count % tasks_per_set
