Complete account setup is required before you can start tasks and withdraw earnings. This page covers each configuration step in detail.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:
  • A USDT wallet — You need an external USDT wallet to receive withdrawals. Note the wallet address and the network it uses (e.g., TRC20, ERC20, BEP20).
  • Identity documents — One of the following: a government-issued ID card, a passport, or a driver’s license. You will upload photos of both the front and back.
  • A phone number — Required during registration.

Account registration

1

Open the sign-up page

Navigate to the SmartBugMedia sign-up page. If you received an invitation from another agent, locate their referral code before you begin — you can enter it during registration but not after.
2

Complete Step 1: Security credentials

Fill in the security credentials form:
  • Email address — Optional. If you leave this blank, your account will use a username-based login.
  • Password — Must be at least 6 characters. This is your login password.
  • Confirm password — Re-enter your password to confirm.
  • Invitation code — Optional. Enter the 4-character referral code from the agent who invited you.
Click Continue to profile to proceed.
3

Complete Step 2: Profile details

Fill in your profile information:
  • Username — Your display name on the platform. Choose carefully; this becomes your agent identity.
  • Phone number — Enter your full phone number including country code.
  • Withdrawal PIN — A 6-digit PIN used to authorize all withdrawal requests. This is separate from your login password.
  • Confirm withdrawal PIN — Re-enter the PIN to confirm.
Your withdrawal PIN is the only authorization required to move funds out of your account. Do not share it with anyone. There is no recovery option if you lose it.
Click Complete setup to create your account. You will be signed in automatically.

Identity verification

Identity verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. Submit your documents early to avoid delays when you are ready to withdraw your earnings.
1

Navigate to verification settings

From your dashboard, go to your account or profile settings and locate the identity verification section. Your current verification status is displayed there.Verification states:
StatusMeaning
unverifiedNo documents submitted yet
pendingDocuments submitted and under review
verifiedApproved — you can start tasks
rejectedSubmission declined — resubmit required
2

Choose your document type

Select one of the accepted document types:
  • ID card — Government-issued national identity card
  • Passport — International travel passport
  • Driver’s license — Valid driving licence with photo
Choose the document that shows your legal name most clearly.
3

Upload document photos

Upload a clear photo of:
  • The front of your document
  • The back of your document
Photo requirements:
  • All four corners of the document must be visible
  • Text must be fully legible — no glare, blur, or shadows
  • The document must not be expired
Submit your documents for review.
4

Wait for approval

After submission, your status changes to pending. Reviews are typically completed within 24 hours.
If your submission is rejected, your status returns to unverified and you will be notified. Review the rejection reason and resubmit with a clearer photo or a different document type.

Setting up your withdrawal wallet

You must register your external USDT wallet before you can submit a withdrawal request. The platform sends funds to this address when you withdraw.
1

Open wallet settings

Go to your account settings and locate the wallet configuration section.
2

Enter your wallet address

Paste your external USDT wallet address into the Wallet address field. Double-check the address carefully — withdrawals sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.
3

Select the wallet network

Choose the network your wallet uses from the Wallet network dropdown. Common options include TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20. Make sure the network you select matches the network your external wallet supports.
Sending USDT on the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds. Confirm the network with your wallet provider if you are unsure.
4

Save your withdrawal wallet

Save your settings. Your registered wallet address is now on file and will be used for all future withdrawal requests.
You can update your withdrawal wallet address at any time in account settings. Withdrawals are always sent to the address on file at the time of the request.

Security PIN

Your 6-digit withdrawal PIN is set during registration and is required to authorize every withdrawal. To change it:
  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Locate the security or PIN section.
  3. Enter your current PIN and then set a new one.
If you forget your withdrawal PIN, contact support through the Concierge Hub on your dashboard. PIN recovery requires identity verification.

Language and currency preferences

You can configure display preferences in your account settings:
  • Language — Sets the display language for the platform interface.
  • Currency — Sets the currency used to display wallet balances, profits, and transaction amounts throughout the dashboard. This is a display setting only; all actual balances and transactions are denominated in USDT.
To update these settings, go to your account settings and update the Language and Currency fields, then save.

Pre-task checklist

Before you start your first task set, confirm that all of the following are complete:
  • Account registered with a username and password
  • Withdrawal PIN set and stored securely
  • Identity verification submitted and approved (verified status)
  • USDT deposited — at least $65 available balance
  • VIP tier activated
  • Withdrawal wallet address registered with the correct network
Once all items are complete, navigate to Start tasks from your dashboard to begin your first optimization cycle.
