Deposits fund your wallet balance with USDT. You need a funded wallet before you can start completing tasks or upgrade to a higher tier. All deposits are reviewed and approved by an administrator before your balance updates.

Supported networks

SmartBugMedia accepts deposits on four networks:

Only send the asset that matches the selected network. For example, send USDT only on TRC20 or BEP20; ETH only on ERC20; BTC only to the BTC address. Sending the wrong asset to an address results in permanent loss of funds.

Minimum deposit amounts

Your deposit amount determines which tier levels you can access and whether you can begin tasks.

How to deposit

Navigate to the Deposit page

From your dashboard, go to WalletDeposit. The page shows your current wallet balance at the top.

Select a network

Choose the network that matches your sending wallet: USDT-TRC20, USDT-BEP20, ETH (ERC20), or BTC. The deposit address and QR code update automatically when you change the network.

Enter an amount

Select one of the preset amounts (30,30, 50, 100,100, 300, 500,500, 1,000, 3,100,3,100, 6,200) or type a custom amount in the input field.

Send funds to the deposit address

Copy the displayed wallet address or scan the QR code with your external wallet app. Send exactly the amount you entered on the correct network.

Upload payment proof

After sending, take a screenshot of the completed transaction from your wallet or exchange. On the Deposit page, click the upload area and select your screenshot (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 5 MB). The image is required — your deposit cannot be submitted without it.

Submit the deposit request

Click Submit Deposit. Your request is saved with a pending status and sent to an administrator for review.

Payment proof upload

The proof_url field stores the URL of your uploaded payment screenshot. This image is the primary evidence administrators use to verify your deposit. Make sure the screenshot clearly shows:
  • The transaction hash or confirmation ID
  • The amount sent
  • The destination address
  • The network used
Screenshots from your exchange or wallet app are ideal. Avoid cropping out any confirmation details.

Deposit status

After you submit, your deposit moves through the following statuses:

Deposits are not instant. Processing typically takes 4–5 hours depending on network confirmation times and administrator availability. Do not attempt to start tasks or upgrade your tier until your deposit status shows approved.

After approval

Once an administrator approves your deposit:
  • Your wallet_balance increases by the deposited amount
  • You can view the entry in your transaction history
  • If your balance now meets a tier minimum, you can upgrade your account level
