Commission is calculated as a percentage of each task’s assigned product value. You can complete up to 3 sets per day, which multiplies your total daily earnings.
Bundled package tasks are special high-value orders that can appear at a specific point within your task set. Unlike standard tasks, a bundled task requires additional capital beyond your current wallet balance to complete.When a bundled task appears, a modal shows the bundle name, the total amount required, the shortage (how much extra you need to deposit), and the bonus reward you will earn for completing it. If you accept, the total amount is deducted from your wallet and held in your frozen balance until the platform settles the bundle. Your earned bonus is credited when settlement is complete.If your wallet balance is insufficient, you must deposit the required shortage amount before accepting the bundle. Declining or not acting on a bundle within the expiry window will clear it from your account.
To request a withdrawal:
  1. Complete identity verification — your verification_status must be verified.
  2. Set up your withdrawal wallet address and network in account settings.
  3. Set a withdrawal password and security PIN if you have not already done so.
  4. Go to Wallet → Withdraw, enter the amount, confirm your wallet address, and submit.
Withdrawals are reviewed by an administrator and typically processed within 24 hours. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be approved.
A portion of your balance may be frozen when a bundled package task is assigned mid-set and requires additional funds to complete. The frozen amount represents the difference needed to cover the task.Your balance will be unfrozen once you either deposit the required funds and complete the bundled task, or resolve the pending task through customer support. You cannot withdraw a frozen balance until the task is resolved.
You can invite new users to SmartBugMedia using your unique referral code. When a referred user completes tasks and earns commissions, you receive 20% of their daily earnings as a referral bonus, credited to your wallet in real time.There is no limit to the number of users you can refer. Your referral bonus continues as long as your referred users remain active on the platform.
  • Deposits: After you submit your deposit and upload the payment proof, an administrator reviews and approves it. Processing typically takes 4–5 hours. Your balance updates as soon as the deposit is approved.

When you complete all tasks in a set, your earned commissions are credited to your available wallet balance. You then have two options:
  • Withdraw your available balance.
  • Start a new set to continue earning. You can complete up to 3 sets per day; starting a new set resets the task counter and requires the minimum $65 USDT balance to be available.
Completing multiple sets in a day accumulates more earnings before a withdrawal.
Your VIP tier is determined by your deposit amount. To upgrade, make a deposit that meets or exceeds the minimum deposit threshold for the target tier:
