The Enrollment Dashboard is your central hub for tracking the state of patient enrollments and clinical files across your organization. It surfaces high-level statistics at a glance, helping administrators and enrollment coordinators quickly identify where activity is concentrated and whether any files require attention — without needing to drill into individual records.

What the Dashboard Shows

Navigating to ENROLLMENT → Dashboard (path #enrollment-dashboard) loads a summary view with visual statistics for active patient enrollments and clinical files. The description rendered in the dashboard reads:
Visual statistics for active patient enrollments and clinical files.
This single-pane view is designed to give a real-time pulse on enrollment status without requiring manual report generation.

Enrollment Overview Card

At the center of the dashboard is the Enrollment Overview card. It consolidates enrollment data into one focal area and provides a direct entry point into deeper analysis.
The View Full Report button inside the Enrollment Overview card opens the full enrollment report, giving you a detailed breakdown of all patient and clinical file records.

Open the Enrollment section

In the left sidebar, locate the ENROLLMENT group and click Dashboard.

Review the statistics

The dashboard loads visual statistics summarizing active patient enrollments and clinical files.

Access the full report

Inside the Enrollment Overview card, click View Full Report to navigate to the complete enrollment data view.
The Enrollment Dashboard is accessible from the sidebar under the ENROLLMENT group:
