Provider Management maintains the directory and credentials of medical providers in network. It is the authoritative record for every physician, doctor, and clinical professional that your organization works with, ensuring that only credentialed, in-network providers are associated with patient enrollments and clinical files.

What Provider Management Stores

Navigating to ENROLLMENT → Provider Management (path #provider-management) opens the provider directory view. The description rendered in the dashboard reads:
Directory and credentials of medical providers and doctors in network.
Each provider record holds the identity and credentialing data needed to verify that a provider is authorized to participate in the enrollment workflow.

Adding a Provider

A prominent Add Provider button is available at the top of the Provider Management view. Use it to register a new medical provider in the directory.
1

Open Provider Management

In the left sidebar, navigate to ENROLLMENT → Provider Management.
2

Click Add Provider

Select the Add Provider button to open the provider registration form.
3

Complete the provider details

Fill in the required provider information — including name, credentials, and network affiliation — then submit to add the record to the directory.
Provider Management lives in the ENROLLMENT sidebar group:

Role in the Enrollment Workflow

Provider Management is a core part of the enrollment workflow. Client accounts (configured in Client Management) reference in-network providers, and accurate provider credentials are required before a provider can be linked to an active patient enrollment.
Keeping provider records current ensures that credentialing checks performed during enrollment are accurate and that clinical files reflect the correct provider associations. Always verify that a provider’s credentials are up to date before associating them with a new client or patient enrollment.
