Plaid is a third-party service. Bank account linking is handled entirely within Plaid’s own secure interface. PC Connect does not store or process raw banking credentials.
Accessing the Plaid section
Navigate to ADMIN → Plaid in the left-hand sidebar to open this section. The section is available to users with Admin-level permissions.Link Account Credentials card
The main content area contains the Link Account Credentials card. This card is the single entry point for initiating a bank account connection through Plaid Link.Link Account Credentials

What is Plaid Link?
Plaid Link is Plaid’s embedded, browser-based module that guides users through securely selecting their financial institution and authorizing account access. The flow runs entirely within Plaid’s interface — PC Connect only receives a verified account token once the process is complete, which is then used for financial verification and transaction processing settings within the platform.Linking a bank account
Click Launch Plaid Link
Inside the Link Account Credentials card, click the Launch Plaid Link button. Plaid’s secure bank-linking interface will open.

Follow the on-screen prompts inside the Plaid interface: select your financial institution, authenticate with your banking credentials, and authorize the account connection. Your credentials are submitted directly to Plaid and are never passed through PC Connect.
Once the Plaid Link flow is completed successfully, the linked account credentials will be available to PC Connect for bank account verification and transaction processing configuration.
