Report Management enables your team to compile spreadsheets, run medical audits, and produce PDF files from PC Connect data. The view provides a central entry point for triggering report generation jobs, keeping all output compilation in one place rather than scattered across individual modules.

What Report Management Does

From this view you can initiate the compilation of three output types:
  • Spreadsheets — tabular exports of your operational data.
  • Medical audits — structured audit documents derived from clinical and billing records.
  • PDF files — formatted document exports ready for distribution or archiving.

Compiling a Spreadsheet

Click the Compile Spreadsheet button to start a spreadsheet compilation job for the current dataset.

CSV Exports in Individual Modules

Quick CSV exports are also available directly within individual modules. The Active Incomplete Cases view exports filtered case data via its toolbar Export button, and the Users Management and Client Management views include their own per-table export controls. Use those in-module exports for targeted, filtered downloads, and use Report Management for broader compiled outputs.
Use Report Management when you need a consolidated output that spans multiple data sources or requires audit formatting, rather than a raw data dump from a single table.
