At a glance it shows how many exams you manage, how many are running right now, how many students are assigned to you across all exams, and how many subjective answers are still waiting for your grade. Summary cards
The top of the dashboard displays four metric cards that update in real time as exams progress and submissions arrive.| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Exams | The total number of exams created under your account, regardless of status. |
| Active | Exams that are currently running — students are inside the exam window right now. |
| Students Assigned | The cumulative count of student-to-exam assignments across all your exams. |
| Pending Evaluations | The number of subjective answers (short answer, long answer, or image upload) that have been submitted but not yet graded by you. |
Evaluations waiting alert
Whenever one or more subjective answers are queued for review, an Evaluations waiting alert banner appears below the summary cards. The banner reads:You have subjective answer(s) waiting for review.The count reflects every ungraded subjective response across all your exams. A Go to Evaluation & Results link inside the banner takes you directly to the evaluation list so you can begin grading without extra clicks. The banner disappears automatically once all pending answers have been graded and results are ready to publish.
