Open the Platform
Navigate to the Crafted Gamz URL in your browser. No download, plugin, or extension is required — the platform runs entirely in the browser. It works on Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS. On Chromebooks in particular, Crafted Gamz is optimised for the browser environment and performs well without any additional configuration. When the page loads, you will see the platform initialising through its Firebase-backed session layer before presenting your entry point.
Choose Your Mode
Crafted Gamz offers three distinct environments. Select the one that best fits what you want to do right now — you can always switch later.
- Website — The most immediate option. A familiar layout gives you fast access to the game library, app shortcuts, AI chat, music, movies, virtual machines, and proxy search. Choose this if you want to jump straight into a game or explore the platform’s breadth without learning a new interface.
- Desktop — A browser-native OS experience with a windowed layout, dock, launcher, and app store. Choose this if you want a persistent workspace that feels like a lightweight operating system, complete with an AI assistant that can interact with your desktop.
- Browser — A full proxy browsing environment with tabs, navigation controls, bookmarks, server switching, and
cg://internal pages. Choose this if you want to use Crafted Gamz as your primary browsing tool or if proxy access is your main priority.
Sign In or Continue as a Guest
Crafted Gamz supports three sign-in methods — Google, GitHub, and email and password — all handled through Firebase Auth. Signing in gives you a persistent session: your settings, bookmarks, pins, open tabs, preferred environment, and app state are all saved to Firebase Firestore and restored every time you return.If you are not ready to create an account, select the guest option to proceed immediately. Guest mode gives you full access to the platform’s features within the current session, but nothing is saved when you close the tab.
Explore Your First Feature
Once you are inside the platform, try one of the following to get your bearings:
- Play a game — In Website or Desktop mode, browse the game library and open any title. Crafted Gamz hosts more than one hundred game pages, covering action, adventure, puzzle, and more. Games open directly in the browser with no additional setup.
- Start an AI conversation — Open the AI chat from Website mode’s navigation or from the AI assistant panel in Desktop mode. The Desktop assistant can also control your environment — ask it to open an app, install something from the app store, or pin an item to the dock.
- Browse through the proxy — In Browser mode, type any URL into the address bar and navigate through the Scramjet or Ultraviolet proxy engine. Use

Install as a PWA (Optional)
If your browser supports Progressive Web Apps — which includes Chrome, Edge, and the ChromeOS browser — you will see an install prompt in the address bar or browser menu. Click it to install Crafted Gamz as a standalone app. Once installed, it opens in its own window under the name C-Gamz, with no browser chrome, giving it the appearance of a native application. On Chromebooks, it integrates directly with the launcher and shelf for quick access.
Installing the PWA does not change how the platform works — it simply makes it easier to open and gives it its own window. All features, modes, and account sync work exactly the same way.
