Avatars are the social layer of your competition platform, giving each customer a visible identity that reflects their activity, achievements, and personality. By enabling Avatars, you transform a transactional website into a community where players can show off their wins, express themselves with exclusive icons and titles, and see at a glance how other customers are performing.

What Avatars Do

When the Avatar system is active, every customer can create a unique profile that appears across your website wherever their name is displayed. When a customer hovers over another player’s name anywhere on the site, a profile highlight appears showing a summary of their instant wins and recent activity.

Customer Profile Features

Avatars bring together several elements into a single customer identity:
  • Profile Icon — a chosen avatar image selected from available icon packs
  • Title — a display title shown alongside the customer’s name
  • Activity Highlights — a summary of instant wins and engagement visible to other customers on hover
Avatars connects your customers to each other, giving them a reason to engage with the community dimension of your platform rather than just placing individual orders.

Achievement-Locked Icons and Titles

Avatars is compatible with Achievements — you can lock certain icons and titles behind Achievement milestones, giving customers an exclusive visual reward for reaching significant goals.
You can also create time-limited icon packs — avatar options that are only available during a specific period, such as a seasonal campaign or a special event.

Customising Avatars

You can add exclusive titles, lock them behind achievements, and add custom avatar icons specifically for your customers. Navigate to the Avatar configuration section in your Admin panel to manage available icons, titles, and packs.
