The PDF Entry List feature allows you to produce a complete, downloadable record of all entries for a competition, either automatically when the competition closes or on demand via a manual trigger. The generation process is highly optimised — even competitions with over 500,000 tickets produce a finished PDF in under a minute, making it practical for competitions of any scale.

Generating a PDF Entry List

The Generate PDF button is located on the Edit Product page, directly alongside the Publish/Save button. You can trigger generation at any point after a competition has closed.

Navigate to the Edit Product page

Open the competition you want to generate the entry list for in the WordPress admin backend.

Click Generate PDF

Find the Generate PDF option next to the Publish/Save button and click it to start generation.

Download the completed PDF

Once generated — typically within a minute even for very large competitions — the PDF will be available for download and distribution.
PDF generation can also be triggered automatically when a competition closes, removing the need for any manual action on your part.

Customising the PDF

The entry list PDF is not a fixed template. A selection of style options is available so you can tailor the appearance to match your brand. Customisable elements allow you to align the output with your site’s visual identity before sharing it with customers or publishing it publicly.
Branded entry lists build trust with your customers by presenting draw results in a professional, consistent format that clearly reflects your competition platform’s identity.
