The Instant Prize History page is a legacy feature built into the custom Instant Prize plugin. It provides a searchable, order-based record of every instant win on your site and integrates with the Payouts plugin to help you mark prizes as dealt with. While it remains available, it has been superseded by the Winner History dashboard, which offers a simpler and more focused experience.
This feature is discontinued and has been replaced by Winner History, which is easier to use and provides a cleaner, per-winner view. New users should use Winner History instead.

Accessing Instant Prize History

The Instant Prize History page is accessible from the Admin menu at the top of your dashboard. Once opened, the page displays a chronological list of all orders that contain instant prize wins.

How the Instant Prize History Works

The history is ordered by the date each order was created. As you scroll down, older orders are loaded progressively. Because the list is driven by orders rather than individual wins, multiple instant prizes within the same order may appear grouped together. You can use the search navigation to locate records in two ways:
  • Order ID — paste a specific Order ID to jump directly to that order.
  • Customer email address — paste an email to view all instant wins associated with that customer.
1

Check the list regularly

Visit the Instant Prize History frequently, particularly after receiving an instant win email notification. Use the page to validate that the win is legitimate.
2

Use the page as your source of truth

The Instant Prize History cannot be altered or forged. Unlike email notifications — which can be spoofed by bad actors attempting to claim prizes — the history page reflects only genuine wins recorded by the system.
3

Filter undealt wins

Click Not Dealt With to filter the list to only the wins your team has not yet actioned, keeping the view focused on what still needs attention.
4

Mark wins as dealt with

Once you have paid or dispatched a prize, mark the entry as dealt with. This keeps the list accurate and helps your team avoid processing the same win twice.

Integration with Payouts

Instant Prize History integrates with the Payouts plugin. When a winner chooses a physical prize payout, you can mark it as paid directly from within the history page, keeping your records consistent without switching between different parts of the admin area.
The Instant Prize History is continuously updated. If you have feedback on how it works, reach out to the support team.
