Configuring the Global Spinner
Find Global Spinner in the Admin menu to customise the spinner, determine who is eligible for it, and set the frequency of spins.Setting Odds and Customisation
The Wheel tab allows you to choose the winning segments. The number of winning segments relative to total segments determines the probability of winning — for example, with 4 winning segments out of 10 total, customers have a 4 in 10 chance of winning.Themes

Rewards are set up as coupons — a simple way for customers to use them on their next order. Coupons are tied to the individual customer’s account and can only be used once.You can set up multiple coupons and add weights to determine the probability of each one being awarded.
Weighted Rewards
Coupons won through the Global Spinner are tied to the individual customer’s account and are single-use only — there is no risk of the same coupon being reused or shared.
