Tracking Instant and Main Prize Winners
The Winner History dashboard displays all instant prize winners in a single list. You can update the status of each win to reflect whether the prize has been paid or is still outstanding, helping you and your team stay on top of what needs to be processed. The dashboard is fully integrated with Instant Payouts, so you can see at a glance whether a winner has requested a manual payout, chosen a site credit alternative, or left their prize unclaimed. To view Main Prize winners, use the dropdown selector on the dashboard. Main prize winners appear in the same interface with the same status controls, so you can manage both instant and main prize payouts from a single location.Updating Winner Status
Each entry in the Winner History has a status dropdown that you can update as you process prizes. Use this to mark wins as paid, dispatched, or any other status appropriate to your workflow, ensuring the whole team can see what has already been handled.Tag System
The tag system lets you add short notes directly to individual instant win entries. Tags are visible to everyone on your team and sync instantly across all sessions, making it easy to leave quick context — for example flagging a prize as awaiting address confirmation or noting that a customer has been contacted.Collaborating with Team Members
Winner History includes live syncing so that status updates made by one team member are reflected in real time for all other team members viewing the same page. This helps prevent duplicate prize payments and makes it easier for multiple people to work through a prize list simultaneously.
