Wallet Cash is a prize payout method that credits a cash amount directly to the winner’s wallet the moment they win — no manual claim required. It reduces the volume of withdrawal requests you need to process, lowers banking and transaction fees, and naturally encourages winners with smaller balances to spend on your platform rather than withdraw.

How Wallet Cash Works

When a customer wins an instant prize with a Wallet Cash payout, the cash amount is credited to their wallet automatically. If a customer selects the cash payout option on a prize that has multiple payout methods and Wallet Cash is enabled, the cash amount is automatically handled as Wallet Cash rather than a manual payment.
By default, Wallet Cash is tracked separately from Site Credit and can only be used to convert or withdraw. It is possible to unify Wallet Cash and Site Credit so that both are withdrawable while also allowing the balance to be spent at checkout without conversion — contact support if you need this configuration.
Wallet Cash and Site Credit are always kept in separate balances. Only the Wallet Cash balance is eligible for cash withdrawal. Credits earned through other means — such as referrals or manual top-ups — are treated as Site Credit and cannot be withdrawn as cash. This distinction is clearly explained to customers on both the Payouts portal and the Wallet page.

How Customers Can Use Wallet Cash

Customers have two options for their Wallet Cash balance:
Customers can convert their Wallet Cash balance into Site Credit directly from the Wallet page. If you have configured a conversion bonus, the bonus is shown and calculated in real time as the customer selects the amount they wish to convert, so they can see exactly how much Site Credit they will receive before confirming.
Customers can request a cash withdrawal from the Wallet Cash section of their wallet. They will need to provide their bank details, which are then sent to admins for processing. If you have Cashflows Auto Payouts enabled, the withdrawal is processed automatically and marked as paid without any manual steps.
Wallet Cash cannot be spent directly at checkout. It must first be either converted into Site Credit or withdrawn to a bank account.

Setting Up Wallet Cash

1

Enable Wallet Cash on a prize

Open the Instant Prize setup and locate the Wallet Cash toggle. When enabled, any Cash Payout configured on that prize will be converted into Wallet Cash instead of triggering a manual payment request.
2

Configure for cash-only instants

If your instant prize is Cash Only, enabling Wallet Cash means the amount is credited to the winner’s wallet automatically the moment they win — there is no claim step required.
3

Configure for multi-option instants

If the instant prize has multiple payout options, the Wallet Cash amount is credited when the customer chooses the Cash Payout option during the claim flow.
Wallet Cash is compatible with Main Prize Payouts as well as Instant Prize Payouts.

Withdrawal Limits and Settings

You can control withdrawal behaviour from the admin settings, including:
  • Minimum withdrawal amount — prevents customers from withdrawing below a set threshold.
  • Withdrawal frequency limits — restricts how often a customer can submit a withdrawal request.
These settings are accessible via the Adjust Settings option on the Withdrawal Dashboard.
Withdrawing Wallet Cash is integrated with KYC identity verification. Customers must verify their identity before they can submit a withdrawal request, helping you meet compliance requirements without manual checks.

Managing Withdrawals as an Admin

All cash withdrawal requests are managed from the Withdrawal Dashboard in your admin area. From here you can:
  • Mark a withdrawal as paid once you have processed the payment.
  • Reject a withdrawal if the bank details are invalid or the request cannot be fulfilled.
When a withdrawal is rejected, the Wallet Cash balance is automatically refunded back to the customer’s wallet. Always add a note explaining the reason for rejection — the note is included in the email notification sent to the customer.

Email Notifications

Customers receive automatic email notifications when their withdrawal has been processed or rejected. Notification emails use the template configured for your New Order notifications, so they stay consistent with your existing branding.

Auto Payouts

Auto Payouts integration allows cash withdrawals to be processed within minutes without manual admin involvement. Customers connect their bank account on the Payouts portal or the Wallet Cash page, and payments are dispatched automatically once a withdrawal is requested.
