The Global Jackpot creates a shared prize pool that grows in real time as customers place orders across your platform. A percentage of every order total is added to the Jackpot, which is prominently displayed on your website — giving customers a live, ever-growing incentive to buy tickets. Every order placed automatically enters the customer into the Jackpot draw.

How the Jackpot Accumulates

Each time a customer places an order for tickets, a configured percentage of the order total is contributed to the Jackpot pool. This happens automatically across all eligible orders. The running total is displayed on the frontend so customers can see exactly how much is at stake.
The Jackpot boxes displayed on your frontend can be fully branded to match your website’s design, keeping the experience consistent with your platform’s look and feel.
Customers can tap the i icon on any Jackpot display to see an explanation of how the Jackpot works.

Running Multiple Jackpots

You can set up multiple Jackpots and change the distribution between each one in the Admin backend, allowing you to run different prize tiers at the same time.
Running two Jackpots simultaneously — for example, a smaller “Daily” jackpot and a larger “Mega” jackpot — gives customers multiple things to aim for and keeps the display fresh and engaging.

Configuring Global Jackpots

Navigate to Global Jackpots in your Admin menu, where you can create various Jackpots with different rules. Once a Jackpot is won, a popup will show on screen — this popup can be configured to fit with your website’s branding.
A list of winners is shown on the configuration page, giving you a clear history of when each Jackpot was won and by whom.

Automatic Winner Credit

Jackpots are automatically credited to the winner’s account. They can find their winnings under Wallet in their My Account section — no manual intervention is required.
Due to the way our Warden security plugin processes orders — queuing and checking them one at a time to prevent duplicate jackpot payouts — the Jackpot win will not appear immediately after payment. It can take up to a minute after the winning order is placed for the win to be confirmed and displayed.

Draw on Live (Manual)

If you prefer to manually draw the Jackpot instead, check the Manual draw checkbox on the Jackpot you wish to draw on live. This disables the automatic winning chance per order — the Jackpot will never be won automatically, and you can award and reset the Jackpot at any point.
On the frontend, a Jackpot configured for manual draw looks the same as a standard Jackpot — except it displays “Drawn on Live” to let customers know the winner will be selected during a live event.
