The activity dashboard gives authorized users a chronological view of everything happening on the platform — logins, record additions, votes, and problem reports.

Review activity entries

The dashboard loads the most recent activity entries automatically. Each row represents one logged event.

Dashboard columns

Each activity entry in the log table includes the following columns:
ColumnDescription
TimestampDate and time the action occurred, formatted in local time.
Nombre de UsuarioThe username of the user who performed the action.
Tipo de ActividadThe category of action (see activity types below).
DetalleAdditional context about the action, such as the vehicle or record affected.

Common activity types

The Tipo de Actividad column reflects the type of action logged. Common values include:

Recorded when a user successfully authenticates and starts a session.

Record addition

Logged when a user adds a new cut point record, relay configuration, or catalog entry.

Cut vote

Recorded when a user votes on a cut point image or data entry.

Problem report

Logged when a user submits a problem report on a specific cut point entry.

Reading the log

Entries are displayed in reverse chronological order — the most recent activity appears first. Each row gives you enough context to understand what happened, when it happened, and who performed the action. The Detalle column often includes the specific record or vehicle name involved in the action, making it easy to trace activity related to a particular catalog entry.
The dashboard fetches a fresh set of activity entries each time it is opened. If you need to review activity that happened earlier in the session, close and reopen the dashboard to refresh the log.
